This would be, for example, when you send us an email of enquiry, request a consultation or apply for an internship program; and subsequently in order to manage your relationship with us as a registered intern.
When submitting an application for an internship we ask you to provide:

Your CV/resume, so we can place you in a suitable internship;

Your nationality, residency and domicile, so we can determine your eligibility for an internship in connection with relevant visa requirements;

Your English proficiency, so we can better match you with a role.
When you interview with us, and if you choose to participate in one of our internships, we would collect additional information from you in order to provide you with services and benefits in connection with your internship. We may ask you then for your proof of qualifications, proof of identity or any medical conditions, dietary requirements, or health matters to ensure that we can best accommodate your needs while you are on an internship. We would also collect information when you voluntarily participate in interviews, complete customer surveys and provide us with feedback.
Why do we collect personal information about you?
We only collect such personal information as we need to assess that you are a match for the internship roles for which you have expressed an interest, and then to place you in that internship and manage our ongoing relationship in connection with the internship.
How will we use the information about you?
We collect information about you to process your application, manage your relationship with us and, if you agree, to email you about other services we think may be of interest to you. In processing your application, we may send your details to, and also use information from agencies and potential host companies. We will not share your information for marketing purposes with other companies other than as stated in this notice.
